1997: Midwest Regional Executive-Bank of America Private Bank (500 employees, $300 million revenues, 25,000+ client relationships, $33 Billion Assets under Management). Steered business through merger of NationsBank/Bank of America to new model and platform while growing revenues 10%+.

1997: Executive for Private Bank in Midwest, East, & Southwest U.S. in Global Private Bank. In prior eight years, grew revenues annually at 10% +, cut expenses, and fashioned Private Banking from multi-million-dollar loss to significant profitability. Installed two new back-office systems and introduced new products.

1996: Chief Administrative Officer of Bank of America, Illinois and Private Bank Manager, Midwest & East (including all phases of business and Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Communications and Compliance).
