Toni Smith spent 30 years as a consultant with Spencer Stuart, a leading international executive search firm. For the last 15 years of her tenure there she was the partner in charge of its practice with not-for- profit clients. Working primarily with Boards of Directors and Trustees seeking new leadership for their organizations, Ms. Smith served over 400 nonprofit clients throughout the country and, occasionally, overseas.
