Jessica A. Garascia is Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at AAR (NYSE: AIR), a leading aviation services provider to commercial and government customers worldwide.
Joining AAR in February of 2020, Garascia oversees litigation, compliance, corporate governance and NYSE compliance for the Company. Before AAR, she was Deputy General Counsel at USG Corporation and prior to that was an attorney at Jenner & Block.
Garascia is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago, a board member of The Cradle, a member of the Museum of Science and Industry’s President’s Council and serves as the Vice-Chair of the Chicago Bar Association’s Business Law Committee.
Garascia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Politics from Oberlin College and a Juris Doctorate from Indiana University’s Maurer School of Law, from which she graduated magna cum laude.
