Donna Van Eekeren is retired CEO of Land O’Frost, a family-owned company that manufactures, sells and distributes prepackaged lunchmeat products to all of the major grocery chains and is the third best selling brand in the country. The company has manufacturing facilities in Illinois, Arkansas and Kentucky. Land O’Frost also operates its own fleet of refrigerated tractor-trailers to deliver its products directly to customer warehouses throughout the continental United States.
Donna is a member of the Committee of 200 and the Chicago Network and serves on the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and the Ryan Center of Lyric Opera of Chicago and on the Board of Directors of Chicago Shakespeare Theater.
