Caroline Becker Joss

Caroline Becker Joss is the founding partner, President and Creative Director of the woman’s luxury clothing brand, Caroline Rose. Caroline Rose apparel is made in the U.S. A. and sold in North America through upscale specialty stores and major department stores including Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue. The spirit of the Caroline Rose brand embodies timeless sophistication, classic beauty and progressive vision showcasing effortless styles for work, weekend and special events.
Caroline received her BS from The University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana, her AAS from The Fashion Institute of Technology New York and her JD from Chicago Kent College of Law. She is a recipient of the Chicago Illini of the Year Award, The University of Illinois College of A.C.E.S Award of Merit and The Riverside Brookfield High School Alumni Achievement Medal. Caroline is a member of the Adler Planetarium Women’s Board where she served as President. She is also a member of The Chicago Illini Leadership Council where she served as Chair, The Mercy Home Leader’s Council, The Apparel Industry Board Executive Committee and The Fashion Group International of Chicago. Past board involvement includes Pillars Community Health, formerly The Fillmore Center for Human Services, where she served as President.
