Rachel Bishop

Rachel Bishop is President of Pure’s Food Specialties, a premier sweet and salty snack food manufacturer. Rachel was appointed as an independent board member of Sally Beauty Holdings (NYSE:SBH) in 2022, and was appointed an independent board member of Sub-Zero Group in 2026. Previously, Rachel has been President of Reynolds Consumer Products Tableware division and President of TreeHouse Foods Snack division. Her previous roles include senior leadership and strategy positions at Treehouse Foods and Walgreens Boots Alliance. She began her business career at McKinsey & Company after completing a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Northwestern University; a B.S. in Geophysics and a B.S. in Materials Engineering from Brown University. She was a Leadership Greater Chicago fellow in 2011 and has been a member of the Art Institute of Chicago Auxiliary Board, the Board of Directors of Chicago Run, and most recently served on the Chicago’s Lurie Children’s Hospital Foundation Board.
