Trish Halper is currently the co-Chief Investment Officer at Cercano Management, a multi-family office. Prior to joining Cercano, she was the Chief Investment Officer for the Global Family and Private Investment Offices at Northern Trust. Previously, she spent over twenty years at Chicago Equity Partners, a boutique quantitative asset management firm, where she held a variety of roles including quant researcher, portfolio manager and Chief Investment Officer.
A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder, she holds a Master of Science in Financial Mathematics from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Loyola University Chicago. She is a member of The Economic Club of Chicago and The Chicago Network and was recognized as one of Crain’s 2019 Notable Women in Finance. Formerly, she served as a board of directors for the CFA Society Chicago, Board of Trustee for LaRabida Children’s Hospital and for Easter Seals’ national board. Personally, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, traveling, reading, golfing, and any other activity that takes her outside.
