Madeleine Condit & Associates (MC&A) is a premiere consultancy formed specifically to help small to mid-size companies establish their infrastructure for growth. In this economy, some of the biggest drains on performance are the time, attention, and learning curves required to establish the building blocks of growth that impact core business demands. These challenges include human capital and compensation strategies to attract and assess a workforce, comprehensive market expansion planning, advisory board management, mergers and acquisitions as well as the requirements for carbon asset management and the need for work / life balance to improve employee wellness.

Understanding these critical market needs, Madeleine Condit, a globally recognized consultant who has worked for over twenty years with major corporations and boards of directors on the key fundamental issues that fuel quick and sustainable growth has assembled a premier team to help companies get their infrastructure in place. The MC&A team, comprised of veteran consultants, has collectively worked across multiple industry segments including global Fortune 500 companies as well as start-ups. Prior to forming this consultancy, Madeleine was a Senior Client Partner of Korn / Ferry International where she was a member of the firm’s Global Board and CEO Practice. She continues to be retained as a Consultant. Before joining Korn / Ferry, Madeleine was the Vice President of the Syndicate Department of Boettcher & Company.

Madeleine is on the Advisory Board of Pimera Engineers Ltd. and ParkingCarma.com, Chairman of the External Advisory Board of the University of Pennsylvania Center for Bioethics, on the Board of Associates of the Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research at M.I.T., a Trustee of the Tributary Fund, a Governing Member of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra Association and Secretary of the Joseph B. Glossberg Foundation. She was most recently recognized as a 2007 Woman of Distinction by the United Way of Metropolitan Chicago and received the Chicago High Achiever’s 2008 Paradigm Shifter Award. She is a frequent speaker on executive management issues and board development.

Madeleine earned a BA from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from the University of Colorado. She is an Executive Urban Fellow at the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management.
