Laura Jozwiak

Laura Jozwiak is the Chief Client Officer for Wheels, one of North America’s largest fleet management companies, boasting a portfolio of 800,000 vehicles under management and $8 billion in assets. In a global Alliance with Ayvens, Wheels/Ayvens serves more than 4.5 million vehicles across 61 countries. Laura is responsible for building a long-term strategy for maintaining Wheels’ competitive advantage, developing, and implementing a client-first strategy while fostering a client-first mindset and culture, proactively identifying, and resolving client problems/issues, retaining loyal clients, driving client referrals and creating and deploying both short- and long-range strategies to increase revenue and profits. During her 21-year tenure at Wheels, she has provided strategic guidance and solutions to help clients make informed decisions that improve the performance of their fleets. Laura oversees client management, client relations, client analytics, client services, International and Last Mile Delivery programs for Wheels. She is also the executive sponsor for Wheels’ environmental sustainability efforts and the Ayvens Alliance partnership. Laura began her career in fleet management at Emkay Inc., managing operations, licenses and titles, acquisitions, and fuel.
