With over 30 years of leadership experience, Laura built an unconventional career path from Executive Assistant to Chief Client Officer at Wheels, Inc., a $10B fleet management company. She created a client-centric organization that achieved industry-leading retention rates and consistent year-over-year revenue growth while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration across teams of 400+.

Inducted into the Automotive Fleet Hall of Fame in 2025, Laura now focuses on helping mid-to-senior level professionals prepare for C-suite roles through her proven methodologies in leadership development and strategic planning.
