Jamie Redmond is a Partner and the Chief Operating Officer of Redmond, where she leads corporate strategy and operations across governance, human resources, finance, marketing, IT, legal, and corporate philanthropy. Since joining the firm in 2017, she has helped scale the company from six employees to more than 70 across two states and grow revenue from $10 million to over $150 million.

Jamie has built the infrastructure behind Redmond’s sustained growth, implementing strategic recruitment and retention systems, professionalizing corporate operations, and establishing industry-leading DEI programming that resulted in 50% female project teams. Under her operational leadership, Redmond has been named a Top 10 company on Crain’s Best Places to Work list, ranking as the highest General Contractor on the list for four consecutive years.

Beyond her executive role, Jamie is Founder and President of the Redmond Foundation, which partners with Chicago Public Schools and City Colleges of Chicago to fund programming and scholarships for women and minorities pursuing careers in architecture, construction, and engineering. She serves on the Board of World Business Chicago, where she advances inclusive economic growth initiatives and represents Chicago as part of mayoral trade delegations driving investment and job creation.

Jamie also serves on the Construction Engineering & Management Advisory Committee at City Colleges of Chicago and the Sponsorship Committee for Professional Women in Construction. She is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago and the Executives Club of Chicago, and is an active angel investor and advisor to Chicago-based startups.
She holds a Master of Science in Environment & Resources and a Master of Arts in Landscape Architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Harrington College of Design.
