As the Divisional President for the Central Division of Wells Fargo’s Wealth and Investment Management division, I am responsible for leading all aspects of the business for the 26 states that make up the Central Division. My role includes leading across the multiple channels in which our Financial Advisors affiliate and parenting to create an environment where clients come first and where the professionals who serve our clients, including Financial Advisors, Wealth Advisors and Client Associates, are able to serve every need a client has at every stage of their lives.
We believe that we offer the best opportunity for Financial Advisors to choose which platform allows them to best serve clients and to create an environment where every member of a team serving clients can thrive.
I began my career in financial services in 1989. Since that time, I have worked in various areas of the business, including client service, fixed income, marketing, strategy, sales management, and branch and regional leadership. I most recently served as the Head of National Sales where I led the areas of the firm that are dedicated to helping grow the business. She joined Wells Fargo Advisors in 1993 and has held management positions at branch offices in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Ohio. In addition to my primary responsibilities, I am committed to championing efforts that promote diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the business and at Wells Fargo Advisors. I was honored to be named on the InvestmentNews “Women to Watch” list for 2018, and earned Wells Fargo Advisors the “Corporate Champion for Diversity and Inclusion Award” by the St. Louis Business Journal in 2018 – thanks in part to the Diverse Client Segments team that I founded in 2017. I co-chair the company’s Women’s initiatives and spearheaded the Inclusive Leadership Center at Wells Fargo Advisors in 2019.
I received a bachelor’s degree from DePaul University in Chicago and am a graduate of the Securities Industry Association (SIA) Institute at Wharton. I am married to my college sweetheart, Robert and we have three children; Connor (’96), Grace (’00) and Rachel (’02). My favorite activities include both traveling and cooking with my family.
