Christy Harris

Christy Harris is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at CCC Intelligent Solutions, where she leads the company’s people strategy in support of sustained growth, innovation, and business performance. She partners closely with the executive leadership team and Board to shape culture, evolve the operating model, and ensure the organization has the talent, leadership, and capabilities needed to compete in a rapidly changing market.

A seasoned HR executive with more than 25 years of experience, Christy is passionate about the intersection of people, technology, and performance. Her work focuses on modernizing HR through scalable systems and data-driven insights, advancing inclusive and values-based leadership, and preparing organizations for the opportunities and challenges created by AI and digital transformation. Prior to joining CCC, she spent more than two decades at Allstate, where she held a variety of senior leadership roles supporting enterprise transformation, talent strategy, employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.

Known for her collaborative, pragmatic leadership style, Christy helps organizations navigate change by creating clarity, building strong leadership teams, and aligning talent strategies with long-term business outcomes. She is a strong advocate for transparency, thoughtful governance, employee well-being, and human-centered approaches to innovation.

Christy serves on the Board of Directors for Metropolitan Family Services, One Million Degrees Advisory Board (formerly on Board of Directors), The Executives’ Club of Chicago Advisory Board, Mercer’s CHRO Advisory Board, and M3 Placement and Partnership Advisory Board. As part of her role at CCC, she is also involved in other leadership and advisory groups focused on education, workforce development, and community impact.

She holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas Opus College of Business, a Bachelor of Science in Finance from St. Cloud State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Winona State University.
