Catherine Tabaka

Catherine J. Tabaka is CEO for Sodexo Healthcare in North America, leading 35,000 employees delivering nonclinical services at over 1,500 client facilities across the U.S. and Canada. Ms. Tabaka is also a member of the North America Regional Leadership Committee for Sodexo, the global leader in Quality of Life services.

At Sodexo Healthcare, Ms. Tabaka is driving an innovative approach to partnering with healthcare providers to deliver better clinical, operational and financial outcomes and patient experience. Her 25 years of cross-functional experience has spanned multiple industries and geographies – she has lived in the United Kingdom, France, U.S., Germany, Austria, Switzerland and China and speaks fluent English, French and German. Through her career, she has acquired deep commercial and financial acumen, and an expertise at navigating the rapidly evolving healthcare industry.

Ms. Tabaka is also committed to developing future leaders in the industry, fostering a culture of inclusion, diversity and experimentation at all levels within the organization. She is a board member of Wellist.com, a mentor to entrepreneurs at MATTER and a frequent speaker at major conferences.

Ms. Tabaka holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Arts from École de Management, Lyon, France.
