Beth Kirk Malecki

Beth Kirk Malecki is Mercer’s Chicago Office Leader and a partner with the firm. She works closely with her team of over 500 professionals to drive Mercer’s brand in the Chicago and Milwaukee markets. Beth also manages several key client relationships in addition to being responsible for developing consulting talent.

Beth has more than 21 years of experience in human resources and benefits strategy and delivery. She serves as a trusted advisor to her clients to help them best manage their human capital assets. Beth has broad expertise in several industries, including utilities, hospitality, manufacturing, financial services, health care, and consumer products. Her clients use Mercer for a full spectrum of services across talent, retirement, health, and investments.

Prior to joining Mercer in April 2011, Beth was a Portfolio Executive with Hewitt Associates where she supported and led a team of client account executives for the Midwest.

Beth is passionate about the promotion and advancement of women in the workforce and is the executive sponsor for Mercer’s Women@Mercer Business Resource Group in Chicago. She is also an active member in the community and is a member of the Board of Friends of Youth Services, Glenview/Northbrook.

Beth graduated with distinction with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.

She lives with her husband Steve and their two children in Glenview, IL. Her outside interests include spending time with her family, traveling, and reading. Beth is also an avid University of Michigan sports fan.
