Beth A. Harris is Senior Counsel for University Affiliations. Her primary responsibilities are to support and coordinate the legal aspects of University affiliations and partnerships. Her practice is primarily in the area of business and transactional law with particular focus on providing advice and counsel on the organizational structure and governance of University-affiliated entities and new initiatives.
Beth has practiced in the areas of higher education and health care at the University for over 25 years, serving most recently as Vice President and General Counsel. Beth has a B.A. in Human Development from the University of Chicago, an M.A. in Psychology from the University of Houston, and a J.D. from Northwestern University.
