Sarah Miller

Sarah Miller is an Audit Partner with 26 years of experience serving clients from global corporations to private enterprises across diverse industries. Sarah currently leads EY’s Chicago audit practice, managing a large team of partners and professionals to provide high-quality audit services to the firm’s clients, and is a member of EY’s US and Americas Ethics Oversight Committees.

Sarah’s career includes significant international and technical roles, including assignments in EY’s Capital Markets and Global Quality teams based in London, United Kingdom. In these roles, Sarah supported teams around the world in delivering exceptional client service and responding to regulatory inspections. These experiences, combined with a rotation in EY’s Professional Practice group, have positioned Sarah as a trusted advisor with deep expertise in SEC registrant audits, technical accounting, and global regulatory compliance.

Sarah graduated summa cum laude from Truman State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is a member of the AICPA, the Illinois Society of CPAs, and The Executives Club of Chicago. Sarah currently serves as an Executive Committee member and co-chair of the Grants Committee for Friends of Prentice, an organization that works in partnership with Northwestern Medicine Prentice Women’s Hospital to fund innovative and leading-edge research and clinical initiatives that benefit the lives of women and infants.

Sarah is married with two children and resides in the western suburbs of Chicago.
