Damla Gerhart is an Executive Regional Director for Cushman & Wakefield, a global commercial real estate services firm headquartered in Chicago, with approximately 52,000 professionals in 400 offices across 60 countries. There, she leads growth, P&L performance, and brokerage operations across eight Midwest markets, including Chicago, Minneapolis, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Columbus, Detroit, Kansas City, and St. Louis. She drives client service excellence, talent strategy, and cross-service line collaboration to accelerate business performance.
With more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and business leadership, Damla brings a multidisciplinary background spanning accounting, human capital, consulting, and client delivery. She has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing, national teams.
She is actively engaged in civic and industry leadership, including Leadership Greater Chicago, The Chicago Network, International Women’s Forum, The Economic Club of Chicago, and The Executives’ Club of Chicago. She serves on the boards of the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, The Civic Federation, Roosevelt University’s Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate and the Chicago Chapter of Urban Land Institute.
Damla has been recognized as a Leader of the Year by Bisnow (2025), a ConnectCRE Women in Real Estate honoree (2024), and one of GlobeSt’s Women of Influence (2020).
Outside of work, Damla enjoys playing golf, tennis and snow skiing. She lives in Lincoln Park with her husband and two daughters.
