Lindsey is currently the Chief Administrative and Legal Officer and Secretary of Camping World Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CWH), the country’s largest retailer of recreational vehicles and related products and services, where she plays a key role in shaping the company’s strategic growth, operations, and governance. In 2008, she joined the then-private company’s RV dealership and retail subsidiary as corporate counsel, where she supported 50 locations and 3,300 employees in the US. In her career spanning over 17 years, she was promoted within the legal department as the company grew through a merger and recapitalization 2011 and an IPO in 2016. She was appointed General Counsel and Secretary in 2020 and Chief Administrative and Legal Officer in 2023. Today, the company operates over 200 locations, employs over 13,0000 people, and reported approximately $6 billion in revenue in 2023. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Lindsey devotes much of her time to advancing education and fostering community. In November 2022, Lindsey joined the advisory board of The Second Round Foundation, focusing on empowering young people and creating equitable opportunities for success. From 2022 to 2024 she served as communications chair for Friends of Coonley, a non-profit organization supporting John C. Coonley Elementary School and became chair of the school’s Local School Council in July 2024, where she works to ensure students and families have access to resources that promote academic and personal growth. Lindsey holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A. from Villanova University. Lindsey resides in Chicago with her husband, two children, and an adopted Tibetan Mastiff named Genghis.
