Interview with NiSource:
A Company Making Progress

NiSource Inc. is highlighted in the 2014 TCN Census as one of the companies making the most progress on the inclusion of women based on multiple measures. Here, we speak with Carrie Hightman, EVP and Chief Legal Officer for NiSource, on recommendations from a company that walks the walk. Among her suggestions? Real progress is made step by step. But who says we shouldn’t walk a little faster?
