Kristin Coleman

Kristin M. Coleman has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at US Foods Holding Corporation, a publicly traded food distribution business, since February 2017, with responsibility for enterprise legal support, compliance, corporate social responsibility and government affairs. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Sears Holdings Corporation, an integrated retailer, from July 2014 to January 2017, with responsibility for the law department, internal audit, corporate communications, global compliance, product safety and government affairs. Prior to joining Sears, Ms. Coleman was Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Brunswick Corporation, a global manufacturer and distributor of recreational consumer products, from May 2009 to July 2014.

Prior to her in-house roles, Ms. Coleman was a corporate attorney in the Chicago office of Sidley Austin. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Duke University and a juris doctorate degree from the University of Michigan Law School. She is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago.
