On Monday, April 13, 2015, the Women in the Forefront Luncheon took place at the Chicago Hilton and Towers. WIFL 2015 featured a dynamic conversation between Maurice Levy and Dana Anderson.

As Chairman of one of the world's largest advertising and communications conglomerates, Maurice is responsible for the company's international expansion, pioneering strategic focus on digital communication and fast-growing markets, with an emphasis on leading change in a rapidly changing world. 

He is a well-recognized advocate for women's inclusion with a notable track record of promoting qualified women into executive leadership positions and has played a significant role in the Women's Forum for the Economy and Society. In recognition of his company's commitment to driving progress and accountability for women's advancement within the private sector through leadership and governance, Publicis Groupe was recently honored by Women Corporate Directors. Half of the Publicis board Executive Committee are women.

Dana is a 25-year advertising veteran who is redefining the future of marketing. As SVP and Chief Marketing Officer at Mondelēz International, she oversees the marketing of the global snacking powerhouse’s billion-dollar biscuits, chocolate, gum and beverage brands, including Oreo, LU, Cadbury, Trident and Tang. She leads the teams responsible for Agency Relations, Brand Equity, Brand Strategy, Marketing Capabilities, Media and Digital.

In her role, she continuously pushes to create smarter more productive ways for brands and their partners to work together. She challenges ad agencies, media companies, innovation catalysts and the company’s brand marketers to be agile advocates ready to cast aside convention, reinvent categories and fearlessly engage with consumers in new ways. In 2012, Dana was identified as one of the “100 Most Influential Women in Advertising” by Ad Age and in 2014, the Advertising Club of New York named Dana its “Advertising Person of the Year.”
